🕷️ 1. About Our Products
SpooderDimensions creates handmade and custom enclosures and habitat accessories designed with jumping spiders and their keepers in mind.
Because our products are handmade, small variations in color, placement, texture, and appearance may occur. These variations are part of what makes each enclosure unique.
🎨 2. Custom Orders
We love creating unique habitats! Custom orders may include specific themes, colors, decorations, layouts, or other design requests.
Please provide as much detail as possible when submitting your order. We may contact you if we need additional information or clarification before beginning your project.
Custom orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once work has begun.
💳 3. Payments
Payment must be completed according to the payment options provided at checkout.
For custom orders, work may not begin until payment has been received.
📦 4. Shipping
Orders will be packaged carefully to help protect them during shipping. Once an order has been shipped, SpooderDimensions is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
📸 5. Damaged Orders
Please inspect your package when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can determine the best way to help.
↩️ 6. Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our products are handmade or customized specifically for the customer, custom-made items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
For non-custom products, please contact us before sending anything back. Returns or exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by SpooderDimensions.
🕸️ 7. Animal Care Responsibility
Our enclosures and accessories are designed to help create an appropriate habitat, but SpooderDimensions does not guarantee the health, lifespan, or behavior of any animal.
It is the customer's responsibility to research and provide proper care, including appropriate temperature, humidity, ventilation, food, water, lighting, and overall husbandry for their jumping spider.
🛠️ 8. Handmade Products
Some products are handmade and may contain small imperfections that do not affect their intended use.
Customers should inspect their enclosure and accessories before introducing an animal. If you notice a defect or safety concern, please contact us before using the product.
📋 9. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once production has started on a custom order, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
📷 10. Photos & Marketing
With permission, SpooderDimensions may feature customer-submitted photos of our products on our website or social media. We will not use personal information without appropriate permission.
